“Backyard Scenery” unfolds in the garden of a Shanghai house once inhabited by Sai Li. Bringing together Sai Li’s site-responsive works and Zhe Wang’s inflatable rabbit installation, the exhibition stages a dialogue between permanence and ephemerality, intimacy and play, the natural and the constructed.

Within this shared “backyard,” art extends beyond the boundaries of the studio and the gallery, entering into a direct relationship with its surroundings. Trees, shifting light, wind, and the movement of visitors become active participants in the work, while the site itself continually reshapes the experience of seeing. Rather than serving as a backdrop, the garden functions as a living environment in which artwork, place, and audience exist in continuous exchange. Backyard Scenery invites viewers to encounter art not as an isolated object, but as something inseparable from the rhythms of everyday life.

《后院风景》发生于 Sai Li 曾经居住的一座上海住宅花园之中。展览汇集了 Sai Li 针对场域创作的作品与 Zhe Wang 的充气兔子装置，在恒久与瞬时、亲密与游戏、自然与人为之间展开一场持续的对话。

在这个共同构成的“后院”里，艺术不再局限于工作室或展厅，而是与周围环境建立起直接的联系。树木、流动的光影、风，以及观众的移动，共同成为作品的一部分，而场地本身也不断重塑着观看的经验。花园不再只是作品的背景，而成为一个持续生成的场域，在这里，作品、空间与观者彼此回应、相互作用。《后院风景》邀请人们重新体验艺术——它并非一个独立存在的对象，而是与日常生活的节奏密不可分。
