Inner Me

Inner Me is a body of work in which anatomical imagery and mineral matter are brought into a shared, unstable field. Heart, liver, lungs, ovaries, and chest are treated as fragmented units of an interior system in continuous breakdown and reconfiguration. Cut gestures, raw stones, and gemstones are embedded within the pictorial surface as structural forces. The body is no longer contained as a coherent image, but dispersed across material correspondences between flesh and stone, interiority and excavation. What emerges is a condition in which the self can no longer be stabilized as a single system.
